    The owners went out of their way to help us find our way around Venice. They were both so helpful. You could not ask for better hosts and they filled the cabinets and refridgerator with everything and more. We were in Venice on business and no matter what we needed they were there to help. There is not one negative about this B & B. Adriana and Bruno are the perfect hosts and offer the best service I have experienced.

    Adriana and Bruno are two of the best hosts you could ever ask for not only did we get to know Venice but Adraina and Bruno we will stay in touch with them foever they welcome you like family and look after you as such can not recomend highly enough the accommodation location hosts and the endless supply of snacks fruit water breakfast tea coffee milk and the list goes on

    A lovely stay with very caring, warm, and helpful hosts. Location was great - close to vaporetto stop and Rialto area. Instructions for finding the B&B were excellent. Fridge and cupboard were stocked with breakfast and snack items, a nice touch! Also enjoyed looking through many books on Venice and listening to CD's all provided for visitors' use. Would definitely recommend B&B Adriana!

    Ottima posizione e, considerando i costi molto alti di Venezia, ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità. La Signora Adriana molto gentile fino all'ultimo minuto del soggiorno, vista la pioggia ci ha regalato due ombrelli mentre stavamo lasciando il b&b per andare alla stazione ferroviaria. Buona la colazione: è come farla a casa (latte fresco, cereali di vario tipo, diversi tipi di frutta, cornetti confezionati, succhi di frutta......). La credenza ed il frigorifero sono piuttosto forniti. Disponibili connessione internet wireless, televisione, piccolo impianto stereo e utili guide della città.
    Un po' di rumore la mattina sulla strada provocato dai carrelli che trasportano merci al vicino ed utile supermercato. Per il resto però il posto è molto silenzioso.

    Adrianna was very nice and accomodating. Helpful with directions and restocked all food items regularly.
    The coach was very low and uncomfortable for my bad back and knees.

    Comfortable, private, well-appointed flat. Nice variety of foods provided for breakfast. Also other snacks and foods in refrigerator. Adriana and her husband Bruno were very gracious and helpful. Bruno helped us with our luggage from the Water Bus to their home. Lovely neighborhood. Good visit with good people.

    The owners were wonderfully kind, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, which was only a problem if you are large people. Very cozy with all necessities, good location, easy walk to everything and perfect directions given by hosts.

    Adriana's B&B was wonderful. It is very near the vaparetto, and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Not far from main attractions. The owners are a lovely, caring couple who take a personal interest in their guests and strive to make the visit completely enjoyable. The accomodations were clean and comfortable, well appointed, and well-stocked. Would recommend it, and would go back in a heartbeat!
    Only one disappointment: Internet access is free, but limited. Maybe it is only available when the owners are logged on??
