    Pulizia eccellente e colazione ottima e abbondante. Le camere sono tutte ristrutturate di recente e la posizione è buona sia per raggiungere Ortigia e sia per raggiungere la parte storica della città.

    The honours helped us concernong a problem with Visa card, it's possible to eat late.
    The room was not clean, uncomfortable, no table, no chairs, cold the fisrt night.

    La struttura non mi ha soddisfatta per niente ma una cosa positiva era che si trova vicino al centro storico.
    La cosa che non mi e' piaciuta in particolare sono stati i servizi igienici troppo vecchi, davano un senso di poco puliti, tra l'altro la pulizia era molto scadente...............

    l' hotel populus gode di un' ottima posizione, in due minuti puoi raggiungere Ortigia, o il parco archeologico; è un punto strategico anche se si vuole fare shopping, anche il personale è molto gentile
    l'unica pecca, se così si può dire, è che ci vorrebbe un pò più di puilizia nelle camere

    The room is clean and tidy. The reception was helpful the next day to change another room after I found out the heater was broken for the first night (cold!). I was able to keep the lugguage til night of the check out (but be sure reception is around).
    Notably, the booking is B&B, but surprising to find out no breakfast served for 2 days of my stay. Nobody was in receiption in the morning, at least before 9:30am before I left. Although I was assured after the first morning, still, no bfst on the 2nd morning. So room was sold on bed only, and the name of this hotel should be changed.

    Although room is clean, but it seems to be not well maintained. For example, bathroom is clean, but the shower curtin is bit yellowish. The shower head did not work well while be

    I bagni sono assai fatiscienti (ruggine, pezzi di muro che si staccano, tubi della doccia che esplodono).

    Nessuna proposta di colazione

    Si tratta più di un hotel (come infatti scritto all'entrata) che di un B&B!
