Tutto, dalla camera spaziosa e ben arredata alla abbondante colazione.

Il fatto che il servizio di deposito bagagli non fosse disponibile durante il giorno della nostra partenza, motivo per cui siamo stati obbligati a girare tutto il giorno con la valigia.

Super zentrale Lage, 1 Minute von der Arena, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, schönes und großes Zimmer unter dem Dach, gutes Frühstück - für ein paar Urlaubstage in der Stadt perfekt

Man könnte die vorhandene Einrichtung (Kühlschrank und Spüle) um ein wenig Geschirr und ein Heißwassergerät ergänzen, das würde es noch ein wenig komfortabler machen

Two sisters (and their nephew) very proud of their b&b, and a delightful place to stay. Makes you feel connected to the city, with lots of old pictures. They have a book which contains many of the photos on their walls, and they presented it to us upon our departure. Good service, very clean. Very tasteful decoration w/out being too fussy. Simple but in a way consistent with the building. The second room was especially charming, and certainly large enough to not feel cramped.

They made a mistake and gave "our" room to someone else the day we arrived. Apparently the other couple arrived earlier than we did and our train was late, so they thought we were they.
So the first night they gave us a little attic room. But the next day we moved to another room. The second room was more like what we expected, but definitely not as in the picture.
They need to speak English better so that they will know exactly who has shown up so that they do not give the rooms away improperly.
In any case, no panoramic view in either room, despite the promise of such a view. We could see rooftops from the breakfast room, but only building windows across the street from room two and no view (skylights only) from room one.

La posizione centralisssima a due passi dall'Arena e dal cuore della città. Il gusto della recente ristrutturazione e la sala della prima colazione molto accogliente. La gentilezza delle proprietarie.

Data la posizione centrale l'impossibilità di trovare parcheggio, se non a pagamento. L'assenza del personale nella struttura se non negli orari canonici (check in su appuntamento e colazione) ho chiesto di lasciare la valigia in deposito per tornare a prenderla nel pomeriggio prima di partire ma non è stato possibile.

Accesso con montacarichi (lentissimo e strettissimo) fino al quarto piano. Problematico con bagagli significativi

La posisizione è ottima , e le responsabili della struttura sono molto gentili e disponibili.

Non abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie nel b&b e siamo dovuti andare in stazione al deposito bagagli, tornare in centro con un costo di circa 50 € in più per tre persone.

Location, location, location

Carrying bags up to first floor before being able to use elevator
Garbage bins being outside the window. Bottles from the restaurant were being dumped by the dozens between 1am to 2am then from somewhere else another lot dumped around 5am and the the collectors picked up the bins around 8am......shocking. Needed ear plugs even with windows closed.
Owners need to protest to have the dumpsters removed from outside of their building and back up the street next to the restaurants.

Very good breakfasts and great location. Comfortable beds and clean well equipped bathroom.

Air conditioning was not working and was not fixed during our stay. We were provided with a fan on the second night but this was not sufficient so sleep was difficult as it was extrememly hot and our room was in the attic. We were not offered any reduction which I would have expected as a gesture of goodwill.

Nicolletta and Stefania were lovely, they made us feel very welcome. We stayed for two nights and the location is perfect, right in the center of Verona and a 30 second walk to the arena! The room was very big and comfortable, breakfast was served in a really nice room and was good quality. We would stay here again in the future.

Everything was perfect!
