   nessun tipo di servizio, siamo stati spostati con nostro consenso in altro appartamento ma ci siamo ritrovati in una casa molto sporca e senza acqua calda anche se centralissima

   Ok, I have to tell you that there is no such street number. The e-mail you sent to me stated "No. 11 Via Sa uli (sorry, the 2nd word I couldn't spell correctly). When I reached to that street, I walked back and forth for more than 10 times under the warm turned to hot sun, from nos.1, 3, 5, 9, 13, 15, 17... but no 11. The neighbers (a Chinese clothing store) don't know there is even a No. 11 exist. They want to help me to call but they don't speak any Italian. There is a Chinese Restaurant on No. 14 , I went in begged them to make a phone call but was brutely refused. Finally, a lady just got off the cable car she helped me to call. Then the buy came to pick me up. It turned out to be No. 173!? I have no complain to the service or the room for such a price, but HOW COULD YOU mislead people under a different street number. I have no cell phone access overseas, and I don't speak Italian. If not that good lady. I will end up on nowhere that day!
