   At first I was apprehensive and felt that this B&B was too far from the center of Rome. By the 2nd day, I was very pleased with the location. Centrally located for several key bus and metro routes and the slight distance from the key tourist sites made for a more relaxing stay in the evenings. The information sheet provided by the host was very helpful. Overall, I was pleased with location, privacy and accommodations.

   Ho trovato il bed & breakfast Cadorna Holiday accogliente e gradevole. La tranquillità è garantita dalla zona in cui è collocato e dal fatto che ha solo tre camere. La posizione è ottima per chi si sposta esclusivamente con i mezzi poichè in pochi minuti si raggiungono i luoghi di maggior interesse, camminando a piedi è un pò fuori mano ma per chi ama camminare non è problematico. Il proprietario Paolo è gentilissimo e ti fa sentire subito a casa, dando consigli sulle zone da visitare e rendendosi disponibile per eventuali problemi.

   Was greeted by the owner Paolo whose friendly manner and generous wife had prepared a delicious pie to welcome me and other guests. Thought that was very sweet. Paolo took time to answer any questions I had when I arrived and offered to show me sights on the map in the living room area before he left, which was not necessary but he took the time. He also booked a taxi for me for the day of my departure which was so appreciated. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily and it was the quietest room i have stayed in in Italy, despite being so centrally located! Slept very well here. The building is not obvious from the outside, and could use a new coat of paint on the inside. The bed and breakfast in contrast is painted in warm neutral colours that are very cozy. The computer access was infinite which was awesome as I was able to upload photos daily. Paolo kindly sent me some I accidentally left on the desktop. He was just great. The location was excellent. Close to Repubblica train station which is much nicer than Termini. It is not far from Termini either though, which is great for arrivals and departures. A 10 euro cab ride and a 10 minute walk. I would not walk around Termini at night though Repubblica felt safer. It is near a resturant and in a sort of suburban area so it felt safe to walk to at night. There are always local faces in the street and in the shops nearbye. It 0is also an amazingly short walk away (like ten minutes!!) from Borghese parc and gallery which was my favourite place in Rome. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends or business people who want to sleep comfortably! They also got back to me the quickest and their prices were reasonable so I chose it based on that, as well as their very convenient location. As a woman travelling alone, it felt safe to walk to and from after 8 (which was already dark in winter).

   There is no sign visible from a meter away that indicates the presence of the BnB either on the inside or outside. When you are right in front of the door, there is a little teeny sign on the bell that indicates the name. I had forgotten to tell Paolo when I was arriving, so he was not there to greet me until I called him, which is no fault of his! Luckily the people in that building are kind and let me in and I waited indoors on the fifth floor.
   The building is old, though not ancient by Roman standards! It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and sprucing up. More light in the 'lobby' area downstairs would be nice. But it was safe and all doors locked from the inside.

   Mi ha soddisfatto particolarmente la completa disponibilità dei titolari e la loro gentilezza e cortesia, e soprattutto l'omaggio che ci è stato fatto in occasione del capodanno, un piccolo grande gesto che dimostra quanto i titolari ci tengano alla cura dei rapporti con la clientela.
