    The scenery was lovely and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was great as you could cook a meal.
    The restaurant is opened Thur evening to Sun evening. It is extremely noisy and the noise continued until 11:30 pm to 12 pm. Not all the rooms had a bathroom and that is NOT mentioned in the description. It states bathrooms in all rooms - not so! Lighting is very poor in all of Italy. Very small wattage.

    Easy to find, excellent host and lovely restaurant. Good location to tour the surrounding area.
    Some road noise but not a problem at night. The room we had really needed a new mattress.
