    Comfortable bed, lovely room and helpful staff
    Quite noisy in evening, difficult to find as it doesn't have viewable signage from street until you are standing in the entrance

    The room we stayed in was quite spacious with a view of the Corso Italia below. Sonya was helpful and courteous and spoke very good English. The steps up to the B and B are not as bad as I had read in some reviews. Also we found the B & B easily from the train station. It was probably a quick 10 minutes..goggle the directions beforehand. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of our room, as Sonya made up our room and changed our towels daily. The B & B is centrally located which is wonderful. We walked everywhere, which isn't very difficult. The dock for the ferries to Capri require going down a fairly steep staircase near the center of town (just around the corner from the B & B). It was again about 10 mins away. We are runners and didn't find it difficult, but if you have knee issues, you will have to take it easy walking down. It's VERY doable, so don't waste your money on taking a shuttle down. Gelato below the B & B was okay. Our favorite, and I guess the most famous in this town is David's. There are two in town. Lots of delicious flavors to choose from...but expensive (worth it!!). Ask around town as they are easy to locate.
    The breakfast at the B & B was adequate. We supplemented the crossiants Sonya left for us with fresh fruit from the local store down the street. We were going to make coffee, however, the espresso maker was dirty and we didn't feel comfortable using it. But the great thing is that there are several wonderful cafes outside of the B & B that serve cafe and you get to people watch at the same time. We also didn't care for the noise (the B & B is in the middle of town so we expected it). We brought ear plugs which mitigated the street noise....so DON'T forget yours!

    Excellent location, close to main square and walking distance to the main train/bus station. Staff very friendly and helpful and room kept clean.
    Street noise can be a problem at night if windows left open. There is a heating system for the colder weather but did not see that there was ac which would be vital during the summer months, keeping the windows closed. No one was there when I was leaving therefore I was unable to pay the remainder of my fee. This had to be done upon my return to Ireland.
    No elevator to floor so don't bring much luggage.

    1 position 2 friendly owner 3 felt like own flat
    1 on main street so VERY noisy during the evening & early hours -really needs double glazed windows or fan to have `white noise`

    We had a massive room which also had a kitchenette and washing machine - so the facilities were great and very handy for us. Location is great and within easy walking distance from the train station. Sonia was very obliging when we locked our keys in the room - thanks.
    Pretty minor - breakfast condiments are supplied (ie jam, spreads, tea + coffee) but there was no jug or toaster.

    There is a bit of street noise to contend with but this needs to be offset against the very handy location. We didn't mind too much but others might.
