    La posizione è ottima e ci si sente come a casa, da ogni punto di vista. La cucina per le colazioni è dotata di ogni comfort e la camera da letto è arredata con gusto. Floriana, la proprietaria, è gentilissima con gli ospiti e pronta a dispensare consigli su come vivere la città appieno.
    Un piccolo suggerimento: poichè il bagno non ha uno sbocco esterno, penserei di dotarlo almeno di un aspiratore.

    Netter Service, alles sauber und toll eingerichtet! 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Collosseum, Einrichtung der Wohnung selbst, trotz 2 Zimmer hat man vom "Nachbarn" nichts mitbekommen, kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Herd, gefrühstückt haben wir unterwegs, da wir wie die Italiener frühstücken wollten :-) in der Nähe günstige Bars/Cafes, Theater an der Ecke, eine Querstraße weiter Supermarkt, sehr zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig, da Hinterhof! Alles fußläufig erreichbar, in 5 Minuten bei der U-Bahn Station, in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Perfekte Lage, nach Lärm in Rom ist die Wohnung eine kleine Ruheoase.
    Plastikgeschirr in der Küche, Frühstücksangebot war sehr dürftig, alles abgepackt: Croissant + Toast etc., war uns aber egal, da wir unterwegs gegessen haben, um Rom zu erleben.

    La localisation (pas loin de la gare et du Colosseo), la chambre Sherazade, la possibilité de se préparer son petit-déjeuner et le prendre quand on veut.

    we were satisifed with our stay. The location was great, close to the termini station, Santa Maria Maggiore and 15 min walk to Colosseum. Very safe building, nice kitchen and we liked the flexibility of having breakfast when we wanted. The room had everything you need for a short stay- tv, comfortable bed, bathroom with hair drier.
    The bathroom needs a fan as it gets very misty in there after a shower. Also we found the room a bit stuffy, good heating but need more air flow, there didn't seem to be any air conditioning so it must get hot in there in summer. Also needs so brighter lamps, the room was a bit dark, even if the window so was open.

    the appartement was situated in the center at 300 m From the colloseum, a good trattoria next door, where you can eat for 2 persons less than 50 euro in a nice familial atmosfere. At night it was quiet so you could easily fall asleep. No hassle from neighbours.
    There was promised to refresh the bathtowels after three days, but that didn't happen, fortounately we had our own towels. The bathroom of one of the two appartements is very small and you don't have a lot of space to put your clothes, but that's not a real problem. We used a chair from the kitchen to put our clothes on.
