Valor. Média: 9/10Its a nice distance from the noise of Rome city and its also off the main road which helps at night. Nearest tram stop is called Filarette and its about 15/20 from there to Termini station. The owner was wonderful and spoke very good English which is always helpful. Rooms were clean and as pictured and facilities were as described. If you Google Streetview the area like we did it looks a bit grim but the sad truth is that Rome has a prolific graffiti problem so don't let that put you off Eva. We travelled back and forth during the night and there's nice little bars/cafes open, nothing rough like. If you visit keep an eye out for large golden gate/doors next to the video shop, its a multiple-occupancy building - theres an entry/intercom buzzer marked Eva.
Its fair to warn you that this is an ITALIAN breakfast which means coffee, milk, biscuits and possibly a pastry. If you're used to loading up in the morning before you headout there is a CarreFour supermarket round the corner - see if you can arrange something in advance of booking if you need a more substantial breakfast.
