    The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The owner was very nice. The location was good - near Rome and near the airport.
    The owner did not know English very much so it was a bit difficult to communicate.

    The location outside the city limits of Rome are perfect. While the Metro Station "Anagnina" seems to be the perfect starting spot for Rome trips, we advise against, especially during the work week. There will be NO parking available at the metro station, unless you are there before 6am. We decided to take the train from Frascati, just a little more per week, but well worth the money. No parking problems, and the train ride end at Termini, the main train station in Rome, where one can connect to Metro or buses. Florry's house is very clean, the breakfast is good and the kitchen accessible until 11pm. it worked well for us, having antipasti in the afternoon (freshly acquired at the supermercado down the road) before going for dinner at "Pinocchio's" in Frascati (which we highly recommend BTW)
    Florry's house, while addressed on Via Tuscolana, is really only accessible via Via Quarticciolo di Vermicino. It is the first red light after the supermercado coming from the GRA for all who arrive via car. It'd be worth to google that before attempting to get to the house.

    La signora Floriana è una perfetta padrona di casa gentile e cortese, la camera è ben ordinata e pulita tutti i giorni. La posizione è l'ideale per chi desidera visitare Roma, godendosi anche qualche escursione nei vicini Castelli.
    La prima volta è necessario fare attenzione alla strada da cui si entra; è poco visibile dalla Tuscolana.
