    Everything! This was our third stay in 18 months in this wonderful apartment. The location is perfect. Alessandro is an amazing host and has become a friend. We feel very privileged to have found such a wonderful apartment in the heart of the eternal city.

    This was an outstanding appartment in the centre of Rome, completely exceeded our expectations of a B&B. We had the whole appartment - kitchen, dinng room, bathroom, living room and bedroom- to ourselves, the kitchen was stocked everyday for us by our wonderful host, Alessandro, who couldn't have been more helpful.

    Für alle die Rom zu Fuß erkunden und mitten in der Altstadt mit modernem Komfort wohnen wollen sehr zu empfehlen. Individuelle Wünsche fürs Frühstück werden gerne berücksichtigt.

    La casa è piena di fascino e calore. Il proprietario, Alessandro, è delizioso e pieno di attenzioni. Il connubio delle due cose ha reso il soggiorno davvero perfetto: è meraviglioso essere in vacanza e al tempo stesso "sentirsi a casa"!

    Thos B&B has become our "second home" in Rome. Alessandro has become our friend. We would not consider to stay anywhere else when we are in Rome. The apartment is huge, beautiful and very comfortable. The location couldn't be better. And the service is outstanding. We look forward to our next visit. Maria & Ben (Sweden)

    El departamento, espectacular. La ubicacion, perfecta. Alessandro un anfitrion impecable, muy atento, super amable, quiero destacar especialmente su preocupacion por que todo estuviera perfecto y sus consejos. Realmente un placer haber disfrutado Roma alojándonos en el hospitium Novanoe. Definitivamente un lugar para recomendar.
