The bed and breakfast was centrally located in the city not too far from the bus station and close to important sites like the Piazza del Campo and Il Duomo. The room I stayed in was clean and very large. This is a unique location on the top floor of on of the taller buildings in the city and the views are absolutely stunning, from my window I could look right out onto the Torre del Mangia.

Overall the stay was quite good, the only two two issues I could foresee anybody having would be the stairs and beds. Since it is on the top floor of an old tall building you are required to climb up at least 5 or 6 flights of stairs. This can be quiet a grueling task with large bags, especially for older people. It's important to consider. If you don't want to have to carry your bags find somewhere with an elevator. On the other hand though, the pay off for carrying your bags up to the top are the incredible views. So it's not a complete disadvantage. The second thing to consider is that the beds are pretty stiff. I was able to sleep ok but for some people who are sensitive they might find it to be very uncomfortable.

really central location;great view and balcony; kitchen facilities were excellent, including an oven; room was large; accommodation was clean and modern; staff were friendly and helpful

It was great. A lot of stairs to get to the B&B but it is worth it for the view, especially at night. Nice clean bathrooms, even though we shared it with one other room.

I wish there was a fan in the room. It is noisy to leave the window open.

Beautifull view from our room, spacious room, big windows to let fresh air in.

No lift so we had to carry our luggage all the way up...:o) I suppose it was part of the adventure, very basic breakfast(1 croissant and slice of bread, fruit juice), we arrived at a time that they were not there and had to wait outside for an hour so someone could let us in.
