    Breakfast was plentiful and we liked the self service, the beautiful dining room and of course the view of the lake. The bedrooms were very spacious and the extra space in the area upstairs in each bedroom was a fantastic asset.Also a very obliging land lady.

    The owner was friendly, and nice.
    The owner smoked cigarettes, and her room next to our's smelled of cigarettes. The breakfast part of the B&B was pretty much nonexistant. One bathroom was dirty.

    The staff is very nice and helpful. I didn't have a car and I wanted to go to Calcata, she made all she could to please my request! The room was nice, with a balcony; the location is great, about 10 minutes away from the station , and Bracciano and the lake are beautiful!!
