    Good room, good (continental-style) breakfast, well run establishment.
    Access to the property was an unpleasant experience off a busy road with hopelessly inadequate footpaths especially when pulling a suitcase.

    Poor choice of eateries in Sant Agnello area, with most closed on a Thursday evening (1915 hrs)!

    Il Roseto was close but nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. Breakfast in the garden was the highlight.
    I thought the use of the term 'Resort' was a bit of an overstatement.

    The best breakfast we had during our time in Italy. The room was quite large, clean and comfortable. There is parking on site which is a huge plus and makes this place very attractive. The staff actually live on site which was rare for the B&B's we stayed at.
    No internet service for guests. The staff were hardly the most outgoing people, however, they were courteous and provided a sound service.

    We wanted a family run small and personal place to stay and thats what we got. This was such a wonderful place to stay and the staff are just so friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast is fantastic and the garden is such a wonderful place to be both for breakfast and in the evening with a bottle of wine with other guests. Rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel is situated about 15 minutes from town centre on a busy road but we found the other route in to town which was far less busy! The hotel staff were able to advise us of trips to go on and arranged some for us. We were due to go to the station at 6am and one of the staff took us instead of calling us a taxi which was really nice.
    There is only one thing which wasnt really that major, if we wanted to use a swimming pool we could use the one which belonged to next door. This cost 7euros per day. It was a lovely pool with beautiful surroundings. The cost wasnt alot but there was no reduction if you just wanted a quick hour swim. The good news is that there will be a pool built by next year!! I would always reccommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely go again.

    We thought that Il Roseto gave excellent value for the price we paid. It was every bit as nice as it had appeared in the pictures on line. The friendly host and hostess were very helpful. The roses and lemon trees were a big plus especially since we were able to have a full and delicious breakfast in the garden every day. Late May is a perfect time to be in Sorrento.
    No dissatisfaction. It would have been nice to be closer to the center of town but we could not afford that.

    The worm that we received fron the owners, plesent hospitalty, and the beutifull garden
    we missed the outside sign of the place, need that it would be more large and clear.
