Booking with us you'll reserve a pretty, but above all independent, 18 sq mini-apartment facing straightly on a quiet garden immersed in green vegetation in an elegant XIX century Umbertin building.

In our location you'll find, concentrated in 18 Sq, all facilities and comforts for an extremely pleasant stay, such as a tiny functional kitchen equipped with fridge and all the needed tools you might need to prepare your own breakfast at any time you better prefer with the food provided by us.
Moreover you'll have a small but fully functional bathroom also equipped with many useful accessories (eg. hairdryer, towels, body foam, shampoo, toilet paper and so on).
We offer a double bed either you use it individually or for two people provided of all the linen and blankets and, if needed to host a third person in the same room we provide an extra single bed located on a mezzanine floor reachable by a steep ladder suitable for young or fit people.

To be added to what has been written previously you'll find other useful facilities such as a personal TV, wardrobe with drawers and a lift.
Children aged below 4 years are free of charge, taxes are included in prices and the payment has to be settled at the arrival, the room is cleaned before every stay but sudden cleaning are up to the guests with equipment provided by us.
